JOBS: Senior Digital Strategist | Full-time
Fuller has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Digital Strategist to join its team of brand communication and digital specialists.
This is a newly created role in response to client growth and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to take the lead on multiple large digital campaigns and products.
The Senior Digital Strategist will work closely with our Head of Digital, UX Strategist and digital marketing and web teams to lead digital strategy for our clients and deliver custom built websites.
You will be an experienced digital marketer with a strong record of delivering strategic analysis and insights that have shaped the direction of business, services, products and brands and have experience managing the build of websites in WordPress CMS and Shopify.
Responsibilities
Leadership
- Assist with business development leads, quotes and pitches for new digital marketing and website work alongside the Head of Digital, UX Strategist and other Fuller strategists
- Lead client relationships on website and SEO projects as required and be the person accountable for project success and high levels of customer service
- Support the Head of Digital to oversee the direction and quality control of the digital marketing coordinator and other digital marketing project team members
Daily Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the Head of Digital, UX Strategist, Account Managers and Senior Strategists to deliver best practice digital marketing strategy and websites on time, on budget and to specification
- Collaborate with the Digital Producer and other digital team members on technical documentation including Statements of Work
- Lead SEO Strategy
- Lead the web development and digital marketing teams in best practice SEO and web development
- Quality control of digital projects through systemised testing procedures
- Lead process improvements required to stay up to date with best practice
- Outstanding communication with Fuller’s integrated team of practitioners to ensure client expectations are met on all projects, every time
- Demonstrate personal qualities that match the ethos and values of the company
- Excellent time management skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science or relevant field
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- Experienced working with cross functional teams ideally in an agency setting
- Experience managing client relationships
- Experience overseeing a digital marketing team
- Experience delivering strategic analysis and insights that have shaped the direction of services, products and brands
- Experience overseeing a team to produce websites that meet SEO best practices
- Proven ability to continuously improve digital systems and solutions
