Mr Popular joins Showpony.

Showpony have added a couple of new faces with Maya Abeysekera and Andrew Carracher joining the team. Maya’s in Melbourne so who cares, but Andrew is an Adelaide boy who was at KWP! then more recently BAD and now he’s an account director at a place with a whole name and not just a couple of letters. Shopwony MD Sophie Allchurch said “We’re delighted to have Andrew join our account service team. He offers our clients skill and experience and is a great cultural fit. He’s a very popular guy in the local industry” and look, we don’t want to be the ones to say that, but he’s not that fucking popular. Geesh.

Mr Popular himself says “Showpony has always had a reputation for great creativity, and I’ve been a fan of their work for years. Contributing to the strategic and creative process across a broad range of commercial and government clients is just the challenge I’m looking for”.

Showpony now have 34 staff across their office in Adelaide and Melbourne. Some more popular than others.
