About the role

We’re seeking a vibrant, enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator where you will be responsible for creating and the designing of marketing collateral and sales materials, as well as managing and executing digital campaigns and eDMs.

You will be part of a successful and motivated team with common values and goals.

We are a fast-paced, high-growth business and we are looking for a motivated self-starter who is flexible yet detail-oriented, has a good aesthetic eye but can also understand numbers to track campaigns and is comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

In this “hands-on” role you will use your creativity and experience as you support 6 business units with differing requirements.

  • Lead promotion and brand management through advertising, social media, website, SEO and events
  • Plan and deliver client events, internal and external
  • Manage production of an effective marketing & annual events calendar
  • Filming & film project management
  • eNews & digital platform management

As well as:

  • Develop and manage & costs of the marketing budget
  • Report on marketing activities
  • Report on lead and referral management
  • Management of the marketing database;  and
  • Maintain the NPS program

About your experience

  • Marketing degree or similar with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong computer literacy and experience with CRM programs
  • Highly organised, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong computer literacy with experience with CRM programs an advantage
  • Good level of numeracy and basic statistics to effectively measure campaign results
