Our speakers and workshop leaders will help you on a higher mission to overcome challenges and achieve your goals. They will share honest stories about their successes and lessons learned throughout their creative careers, offering actionable advice you can take back to the office.

Lunch, afternoon tea, drinks and canapes will be provided throughout the day.

Part One: Leadership & Courageous Conversations Workshop by Ally Nitschke of Made for More

As a Leadership Coach and Educator, Ally is an expert in teaching people how to have courageous conversations and find your hidden potential. Her 2-hour workshop dives into leadership and courageous conversations in the workplace, where you will learn a number of tangible skills to be implemented immediately. Together we will work through the challenges you are currently experiencing – from how to get that promotion, ask for a pay rise, balancing work and life – and give you the necessary tools to develop, grow, succeed and become an exceptional leader.

Part Two: Speaker Series

Following on from the Workshop, hear from the inspiring Kimberlee Wells, CEO of TBWA\Melbourne and TBWA\Adelaide. As our Keynote Speaker she will talk through her own personal journey of goal setting, challenges, the highs and lows to arrive where she is today.

Kimberlee will be followed by a Panel Session within some of Adelaide’s leading high-powerd creative women; Nat Morley, Managing Director of Media & Technology at KWP; Melinda Parent, Creative Director & Founder of Oranje Creative, and Sophie Young, Managing Director of Showpony.

Part Three: Networking

Not enough time for networking at She Creates events? You asked and we listened. The perfect setting for Friday night drinks, enjoy plenty of wine, canapes and mingling with new and old faces to close out the day.

You won’t be sitting with your friends. We will connect you with others who share your interests and passion, from all career stages.
