KOJO kicks arse at Sundance.

The gang at KOJO have knocked it out of the park with their latest achievement at the Sundance Film Festival, with their work featured in a whopping four films on show at the iconic film festival.

It’s pretty impressive considering only six Aussie films were on show there, and KOJO worked on four of them – a first for any Aussie film company. And a South Aussie one at that. *fist pump*

“We have completed a major portfolio of work over the past two years that includes two series and six feature films. So to see four of them selected into Sundance is incredibly rewarding after all of the hard work by the writers, directors and producers as well as the post & VFX team at KOJO”, says Marty Pepper, (pictured hob knobbing at Sundance) Executive Director of Post-Production and VFX at KOJO.

“We are so grateful to our clients who trust us with their projects and also to companies like Fin (VFX studio) and others who have collaborated with us to deliver some stunning work. We cannot wait for these films to hit screens all around the world”.

The films include The Nightingale directed by Jennifer Kent, I am Mother directed by Grant Sputore, Animals directed by Sophie Hyde and Top End Wedding directed by Wayne Blair.

For those of you who don’t know what KOJO do, please whack yourself over the back of the head for us. But for the record, they do a bit of everything from “lens to screen” from editing to VFX, sound and beyond. They’ve completed over sixty feature films and hundreds of episodes of television for Australian and International filmmakers, and are considered one of Australia’s leading post & VFX studios.
