You will be Adelaide-based, have 5+ years of agency or client-side experience, excited to work on international and local brands.

You will be a strong ideator, developing creative solutions on strategic foundations. You’re a conceptual thinker who can inspire and empower those around you.

Your art direction will look great, and your proposal and headline writing will hit with impact.

You’ll know how to build brands, and how to activate them across digital, experiential, content, social, traditional media channels, and more.

You will also have designed integrated marketing campaigns, knowing how to generate engagement with audiences to drive behaviour change.

You won’t be afraid to roll up your sleeves and ‘get on the tools’, to lead a team, to pitch a concept, and build great relationships with clients.

  • Ideally 5+ years’ experience either in an agency or client-side
  • Think conceptually and solve client business problems through the power of creativity
  • Proven experience delivering high-level integrated campaigns
  • Deep understanding of art, copy and layout
  • Strong leadership, with the ability to drive a positive culture
  • Ability to multitask across different projects and clients
  • Build strong relationships across the business and with external stakeholders and partners, in offices across the country
  • Able to execute concepts to a high visual standard for client presentations
  • Ability to collaborate with teams in offices across the country
